Meet Dr. Rubinder Singh, your dentist in Amritsar
Discover the philosophy, technology and team behind World Dental Care Centre. We do not just treat teeth; we help people smile with confidence again.
Our story
For over a decade, World Dental Care Centre has cared for patients in Amritsar from our clinic in the calm, accessible area of Model Town, Rani Ka Bagh. The clinic was founded by Dr. Rubinder Singh on a simple belief: dentistry should be comfortable, transparent and built on trust.
We recognised that traditional dental visits often made people anxious. So we designed the clinic to feel different, from a calming reception lounge to clean, well-equipped treatment rooms where your comfort and safety come first.
Whether you live locally in Punjab or are one of the thousands of international patients who have travelled to us for dental care, our commitment stays the same: conservative treatment, carefully planned, using quality materials sourced from around the world.
We do not just treat teeth; we treat people. That means listening first, explaining clearly and recommending only the treatment you need, so you can make decisions about your own care with confidence.
Over the years we have built a multidisciplinary team so that most of your care can happen in one familiar place. Our endodontist, orthodontist and senior dental hygienist work closely with Dr. Singh, sharing information about your case so that each stage of treatment fits together smoothly.

Meet the doctor
Meet Dr. Rubinder Singh
Dr. Rubinder Singh is the founder and chief dental surgeon of World Dental Care Centre. His reputation has been built on meticulous precision and genuine empathy, and he brings rigorous academic knowledge together with years of hands-on clinical experience.
Dr. Singh's special interests are implantology and cosmetic smile design. He has placed hundreds of dental implants, and he designs smiles around each person's lip line, skin tone and facial structure, aiming for results that look natural.
His approach is rooted in conservative dentistry. That means preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible and saving teeth wherever it is sensible to do so, while still achieving a pleasing, balanced appearance.
For Dr. Singh, good dentistry starts with a conversation. He takes time to understand what is worrying you, explains what he sees in plain language and is happy to answer your questions, so you never feel rushed into a decision about your own mouth.
He is a strong believer in continuous learning and regularly attends international symposiums, bringing new knowledge and proven techniques back to his patients in Punjab. He is a Fellow of the ICOI, recognised for his commitment to implant dentistry.
Fellow, International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), USARecognised for his commitment to implant dentistry
"My ultimate goal is not just to fix a tooth, but to restore a patient's confidence. When someone looks in the mirror and smiles without hesitation after years of hiding their teeth, that is why I practice dentistry."

Our core pillars of care
These six principles guide how we look after every patient, from a routine check-up to a complete smile makeover.
Uncompromising safety
We follow international ADA and ISO protocols, sterilising instruments in Class-B autoclaves and using disposable barriers to minimise any risk of cross-contamination.
Absolute transparency
No hidden fees and no surprises. Intraoral cameras show you what we see, and you receive an itemised written treatment plan before any work begins.
Comfort first
Compassionate communication, pre-numbing gels and modern local anaesthesia help make treatment as comfortable as possible, even for nervous patients. You can ask us to pause at any time.
Conservative dentistry
We aim to save natural teeth and keep treatment minimally invasive, considering extraction only when a tooth cannot reasonably be saved.
Precise diagnosis
Digital X-rays, intraoral cameras and 3D imaging give us a clear picture before we recommend any treatment, which reduces guesswork.
Care for every age
From a child's first visit to dentures and implants later in life, our team cares for the whole family under one roof. Our senior dental hygienist also helps you keep your teeth and gums healthy between visits.
Our clinic and hygiene standards
Your safety is the foundation of everything we do. Our infection control follows ADA (American Dental Association) and ISO protocols. Reusable instruments are cleaned and then sterilised in Class-B vacuum autoclaves, which use pressurised steam to reach every surface of each instrument.
Surfaces that are touched during treatment are covered with disposable barriers, which are replaced between patients. The air in the clinic is cleaned by a centralised HEPA filtration system and medical-grade air disinfection, and humidifiers keep it comfortable.
Our treatment rooms are equipped with RVG digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, apex locators and endomotors for rotary endodontics, 3D imaging, Digital Smile Design and soft-tissue lasers. Together, these tools help us diagnose accurately and treat you as gently as possible.
We use digital radiography rather than film, which lowers your radiation exposure, and intraoral cameras that show you your own teeth on screen, so it is easier to understand why a treatment is recommended.
For crowns and bridges we offer Zirconia, E-max and PFM options, and for implants we use Nobel Biocare. We explain the differences between materials so that you can choose with confidence.
How it works
How we plan your care
Good results start with careful planning. Here is how we usually move from your first conversation to completed treatment.
Our commitment to Amritsar
We are proud to be part of the Amritsar community. Alongside our daily work at the clinic, we organise free dental screening camps in local schools and rural areas, helping children learn simple habits that protect their teeth for life.
We believe a healthy smile is a basic right, not a luxury. Our aim is to help raise the standard of oral health across Punjab, and to give every patient, local or international, the same honest, careful treatment.
We also welcome visitors to Amritsar who choose to have dental treatment during their stay. International patients usually save 60% to 80% on major procedures compared with typical Western prices, with the same premium materials and strict sterilisation standards. Virtual consultations help us plan before you travel, and we schedule appointments around your dates wherever it is clinically suitable.
You are welcome to visit us at Building No 46, Model Town, Rani Ka Bagh. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 2 PM and 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, and closed on Sunday. Call or WhatsApp +91 81464 51500, or email doctor@worlddentalcare.com.
